Have you made plans with your friends for the Spring Festival this year? The opening ceremony of the 2026 Changsha Spring Lantern Festival will kick off in Jinggang Ancient Town on February 6th. Running from February 6th to March 8th, this year's lantern festival will innovatively feature the "flower boats with colorful lanterns + NPC roving performance" model. On the Lujiang River, horse-themed lanterns are brimming with blessings, and more than a dozen themed flower boats, like mobile stages, will put on performances such as "Thousands of Sails Sailing in Jinggang" and "Splendid Hunan Boats", creating a dynamic spectacle of lights and shadows.
