助力行业升级，他为高铁检修配上“火眼金睛”

研发设备助力高铁检修，这名大学生的创业成果很是亮眼！湖南高速铁路职业技术学院应届毕业生查子涵，在《夺金2025》比赛中凭借为高铁列车车体检修设计的“头戴一体式巡检辅助设备”和“Lynk 双A检修辅助系统”在先进制造赛道胜出。

By developing equipment to assist in high-speed railway maintenance, this college student has achieved remarkable entrepreneurial results! Zha Zihan, a graduating student from Hunan Technical College of Railway High-speed, won the advanced manufacturing track of the "Gold Rush 2025" competition with the "Head-mounted Integrated Inspection Auxiliary Equipment" and "Lynk Dual A Maintenance Auxiliary System" designed for the body inspection and maintenance of high-speed railway trains.

在2022年寒假实习时，查子涵因看到动车机械师检修作业的辛苦和健康隐患，产生研发高效智能辅助检修设备的想法。创业过程中，面临团队组建、资金筹集、资源对接等难题，他通过拉朋友入伙、团队成员凑钱、多次联系厂商等方式解决，向着目标坚定前行。

During his internship in the winter vacation of 2022, Zha Zihan came up with the idea of developing efficient and intelligent auxiliary maintenance equipment after witnessing the hardship and potential health hazards faced by the EMU mechanics during their maintenance work. In the process of starting a business, he faced difficulties such as team building, fundraising, and resource docking. However, he overcame these problems by recruiting friends to join the team, having team members pool their money together, and contacting manufacturers multiple times, and kept moving forward firmly towards his goal.

学校和铁路部门在数据支持上给予帮助，帮助团队研发出成熟模型。产品经实践检验，能有效降低动车检修漏检率。目前，查子涵团队获得多项荣誉和基金支持，他计划推动产品落地，并继续深造，带领团队抓住机遇发展公司。

The school and the railway department provided assistance in terms of data support, helping the team develop a mature model. After being tested in practice, the product can effectively reduce the missed inspection rate of EMU maintenance. Currently, Zha Zihan's team has received multiple honors and fund support. He plans to promote the implementation of the product, continue his further studies, and lead the team to seize opportunities and develop the company.
