深夜10点的大学浴室,氤氲水汽中此起彼伏的尖叫声已成往事。如今,当学子轻点手机查看实时水温时,可能不会想到,这项改变高校生活的创新,始于多年前的一个军训日夜晚,长沙民政职业技术学院电子信息工程学院2020届毕业生杨西炜遭遇的“洗澡难题”。

The once chaotic scenes of students screaming in steamy university bathrooms at 10 PM have become history. Nowadays, when students tap their mobile phones to check the real-time water temperature, few realize that this innovation that changes college life began on a military training night many years ago, when Yang Xiwei, a 2020 graduate of the School of Electronic Information Engineering of Changsha Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical College, encountered a "bathing problem."

从解决寝室热水供应问题的想法到超千万产值项目的实践,从大一租用15平方米小仓库到与母校共建能容纳200余名学生的创新中心,这一路,杨西炜走得很稳。“我最大的底气来自母校,学校会为大学生创新创业提供免费场地和一定的创业资金扶持,老师的关心、指导以及相互扶持的校友也能进一步助推创新创业项目的成功孵化。”他说。

From the idea ofsolving the dormitory hot water supply problem to the implementation of a project with an output value of over 10 million yuan, from renting a 15-square-meterssmall warehouse in the freshman year to co-building an innovation center with his alma mater that can accommodate more than 200students, Yang Xiwei has walked steadily along the way. "My greatest confidence comes from my alma mater. The school will provide free workplace and entrepreneurial funds for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. The care and guidance of teachers and the mutual support of alumni can also further promote the incubation of innovative and entrepreneurial projects." Yang said.

目前,杨西炜成立的湖南青创丝路科技有限公司累计转化专利14项、软件著作权8项,产品节能率40%~50%,公司估值超4000万元。

Up to now,Yang’s company, Hunan Qingchuang Silk Road Technology Co., Ltd., has cumulatively transformed 14 patents and 8 software copyrights. The energy-saving rate of its products is 40% - 50%, and the company's valuation exceeds 40 million yuan.

寝室冲澡“冲”出创业灵感

DormShower Sparks Startup Inspiration

创业的起点,要从杨西炜大一入校冲澡说起。

The starting point of Yang Xiwei’s entrepreneurial journey can be traced back to when he took a shower at his freshman year.

军训下训后,同学们集中回到寝室冲澡,突然没热水、淋浴头出水忽大忽小、洗着洗着水冷了……各种热水供应问题时常出现。就读电子信息工程专业的他开始和同学思考如何解决这一问题。“我们经常晚上带着扳手、螺丝刀等工具,跑到寝室楼顶去检查热水设备的运行状况,一待就是几个小时,有时操作导致整栋楼的热水供应中断,同学们常笑我们‘偷感’十足。”杨西炜说。

After military training, students would rush back to their dorms to shower. However, various hot water supply problems often occurred, like suddenly out of hot water, the water from the shower head was fluctuating, and the water got cold while they were showering... "We often took wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools to the roof of the dormitory at night to check the operation of the hot water equipment. We stayed there for several hours. Sometimes, our operation accidentally cut off hot water for the entire building, and classmates often joke about our ‘thief-like’ vibe,” Yang said.

在老师的带领下,团队开始研发中央热水能源管理平台,但由于设备噪声大,杨西炜和3名同学只能在学校附近小区的地下车库租下15平方米的小场地。

Guided by the professor, Yang’s team started developing acentralized hot water energy managementplatform. However, due to the loud noise of their equipment, Yang and three other students rented a 15-square-meter space in an underground parking lot near campus.

多次尝试下,他们成功推出一代中央热水能源管理平台,在解决中央热水稳定性的基础上还把设备节能率提高了30%左右,很快获得了市场的高度关注。

After multiple trials, they successfully launched their first centralized hot water energy managementplatform. It not only stabilized the hot water supply but also improved energy efficiency by approximately 30%, quickly attracting market attention.

“我们在2019年赚了第一桶金,这也成为后续产品研发、申请专利的启动资金。”那一年,他跟随学校来到重庆,参加了一个全国高职院校展会,当地一家专门做学校热水机组的公司采购了20台设备,和他们达成了25万元的合作。

“In 2019, we earned our first profit, which also became the start-up fund for subsequent product research and development and patent applications,” Yang said. That year, he attended a national vocational college exhibition in Chongqing with his school, where a local company specializing in school heating systems purchased 20 units of their equipment, sealing a 250,000 yuan deal.

同年,杨西炜成立了湖南青创丝路科技有限公司,主要从事中央热水、中央空调等集中供热、供冷设施物联网能源管理平台的研发与创新;他还与长沙民政职业技术学院共同成立“专创融合协同创新中心”,截至目前累计转化创新创业项目30余个、创业公司7家,为更多职业院校学生提供了全新的创新创业平台,杨西炜本人也被师生笑称为“寝室冲澡‘冲’出来的创业达人”。

The same year, Yang foundedHunan Qingchuang Silk Road Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the development and innovation of IoT energy management platforms for centralized heating and cooling systems like hot water and air conditioning. Moreover, Yang also jointly established the "Specialty-Entrepreneurship Integration Collaborative Innovation Center" with Changsha Social Work College, which has cumulatively transformed more than 30 innovation and entrepreneurship projects and incubated 7 startup companies, providing a brand-new innovation and entrepreneurship platform for more vocational college students.Among peers, Yang is now humorously dubbed the“Shower-Born Startup Star”.

着眼乡村振兴投身“厕所革命”

Focusing on Rural Revitalization and Dedicating to the "Toilet Revolution"

能够敏锐地在日常生活中察觉到创业机会,杨西炜认为一切创业离不开民生,“我是长沙民政职业技术学院毕业的,在接受创新创业教育的时候便意识到,一定要关注民生。”

Being able to identify entrepreneurial opportunities in daily life, Yang Xiwei believes that all entrepreneurship must rooted in people's livelihood, "I graduated from Changsha Social Work College. While I take education on innovation and entrepreneurship, I realized that we must always focus on people's livelihoods," he said.

2020年,同学在公厕扎堆排队的场景又激起了杨西炜的创新灵感。

In 2020, students crowding and queuing at public restrooms sparked Yang’s innovative inspiration once again.

说干就干,杨西炜联合“专创融合协同创新中心”开发了智能厕所监管产品——“监厕灵”。“监厕灵”依托各类传感器采集厕所运行参数(温湿度、人流量、空气质量等),不仅能实时监测如厕人数,还推出了体温监测、厕所客量查询、自动消毒预警、智能冲厕四大新型功能,可以及时将相关数据通过手机反馈给学生,避免同学如厕扎堆,还能及时高效地让卫生工作人员去清理厕所,避免重复低效率打扫。

Acting immediately, Yang collaborated with the "Specialty-Entrepreneurship Integration Collaborative Innovation Center"to develop an intelligent restroom management product—"Jianceling". Utilizing various sensors to collect operational parameters (temperature, humidity, foot traffic, air quality, etc.), "Jianceling" not only monitors restroom occupancy in real time but also introduces four new functions including temperature detection, restroom capacity queries, automatic disinfection alerts, and smart flushing. The system can promptly send data to students via mobile phones to avoid overcrowding, while also enabling sanitation staff to clean restrooms efficiently and reduce redundant low-efficiency labor.

“2021年,我们积极响应乡村振兴战略的号召,投身于农村人居环境整治,尝试用常规的建设成本设计出高标准、高质量、可持续、可推广的‘景观厕所’。”杨西炜说。研发新型化粪池和污水处理回水循环装置,搭建农村户厕网格化管理平台,升级折流、跌水等工艺使化粪池污水处理更加高效……几年时间里,他们在湖南省62个县市区、近400个乡镇进行实地调研分析,用先进技术持续赋能农村户厕生活污水治理。

"In 2021, we actively responded to the rural revitalization strategy and dedicated ourselves to improving rural living environments. We aimed to design high-standard, high-quality, sustainable, and replicable 'landscape restrooms' using conventional construction costs," Yang explained. Over several years, his team developed new septic tanks, created wastewater recycling devices, built a grid-based management platform for rural household toilets, and upgraded processes such as baffled flow and step-fall to enhance sewage treatment efficiency. They conducted field research and analysis in 62 counties and nearly 400 townships across Hunan Province, continuously applying advanced technologies to improve rural household toilet wastewater management.

谈及创业经验,杨西炜鼓励有条件的大学生都去勇敢尝试,“对于大学生来说,创业的试错成本是很低的,很推荐大家结合实际情况尝试一些小的创业项目。”他表示,接下来,团队会继续聚焦农村人居环境整治,打造出更多“接地气”“冒热气”“沾土气”的实用型项目,助力和美乡村建设。

When talking about his entrepreneurial experience, Yang Xiwei encourages college students with the conditions to bravely have a try."For students, the cost of trial and error in entrepreneurship is very low. I highly recommend starting small projects based on the actual situation," He said that in the future, the team will continue to focus on the improvement of rural living environments, create more practical projects and contribute to the construction of beautiful and harmonious rural areas.
